April/22/2009 The golf course is open with plenty of traffic in the area, I have recently had showings of my
Lake Star units to four couples from the Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver area.

March/4/2009 ...Word is that one of Vancouvers most well known designers is busy... super busy on home designs of folks building this year... Call me for the goods!

Feb/12/09 I have just returned from a trip down to Tobiano... Things are moving fast with 24 completions due this month at Lake Star, with 22 of those folks moving in to Live,Rest and Play. Congratulations on a great purchase

Jan/23/2009 Great News!Tobiano is now its own sub-area, meaning that when anyone who reads Golf Mag or hears about Tobiano, they can just type Tobiano into MLS.CA and up comes the listings in the area. Folks.. I have worked on this for about four months now, this is a huge move ahead for sales at Tobiano. I must say that being apart of the Kamloops Board area it took a Capt. Jim to make this happen.

Please if you are interested in listing your property or purchasing in the Tobiano area, Jim Knowles is the man for the job. I get things done! I make things happen! The proof is the sub area designation!

Now... having blown my own horn ...I must say that the board is still working on moving the listings over... be patient...they are available now through the system, in future by typing Tobiano.

Happy New Years to you and yours and all the gals down at the board.

Cathy I am writing to ask what is going on with the sub-area at Tobiano.

I had a call from another client regarding Tobi that told me that he could find nothing for sale down there. Once again we are stuck with listings that will not sell as they cannot be found.

Could you please forward this e-mail to Bob and let me know a time line for the change.

As far as mapping goes there is nothing more we can do, it is in the hands of the computer geeks at Google and Microsoft. We believe that this has little to do with this problem anyways as a sub-area with its own name is better than what is available now.

Please, I beg of you guys to get on to this as my clients are upset and in this market we need all the help we can get.

Oct/18/2008 The Kamloops Real-Estate board has agreed to rename the sub area of Cherry Creek to include Tobiano as its own sub area similar to the way Sun Peaks is listed. This is huge, as realtors and customers alike will be able to find Tobiano listings on the system. I will post a copy of the letter in a day or so. I am now working on getting the date moved up to Nov. instead of Jan/09

Oct/18/2008 It looks like "Full Boar Bike Store" and Trevor Marshal of same will be trail building some XC and DH trails in the Tobiano area... Trevor and the gang did most of the design at Sun Peaks! These are the right guys for the job!
