This 2006 See Doo "Wake Edition" is my own boat. It has less than fifty hrs on twin jets totaling 430HP
Equipped with "Perfect Pass" to set tow speeds for each rider, 7ft tow point from the water, internal ballast,
External tower speakers with P.A. system to cheer on riders.
Introducing the 2009/2010 Referral Program
I will give away my 2006, 20ft Sea Doo, twin jet, Wakeboard boat on July/1st/2010 to the person that gives me the most referrals, that complete, from here on in! That simple! If you buy or sell you are also in the mix for the boat! This offer is for my clients only.I will not advertise this offer to the general public. I believe that 3-5 referrals that complete will take my boat. When I gave away the sports car three years ago, that was a draw. This time it is to be given to a client of mine that helps me survive this downturn.

Ritchie above counts as 1... we need nine more clean referrals before this is a go. Once we hit ten clean referrals this thing is on.
No cash trade in value...you take the boat, if the boat gets ripped off in the meantime you get the insurance payout.

No corporate entries, including bankers, mortgage brokers, insurance agents/companies, and realtors
10 solid referrals in total that complete, from all participants must be given on or before July/1/2010 before this give away is a go,
Explanation: meaning once ten referrals have come in, not individual sales or purchases, although those count to your total After ten clean referrals come in then this give away is a go. Further explanation… I will sell 50 or 60 homes by the giveaway date…each one will get one point…. If we don’t have 10 referrals in total from these people and past clients before giveaway date then this thing is a no go.
No cash value, no exchange
New owner will pick up boat and trailer with their own valid boat insurance and valid trailer lic. plate from Jim’s house
New owner will sign a receipt of acceptance agreeing to a value of 38,000.00 (57,000.00 new)
New owner responsible for sales tax and GST
Boat and trailer “as is where is”
All safety equipment, lifejackets, paddles etc responsibility of new owner
If there is a tie on July/1/2010 8AM, the next referral completion to Jim Knowles (time registered at Land Titles) from either one of the tied clients will get the boat- unless.. See below
If a tie is the case all other entries are valid and have the same chance to enter the tie and to break the tie with a referral that completes before the original tied clients
