Welcome folks!
The US market is taking a beating, and getting worse every day! Are you wanting a great investment at a really great price? If you are able to pay cash and have no mortgage on your purchase, you will be able to get in on some great bargains.
Nevada, California, Arizona or Texas? I have contacts in each state the provide me with daily update of new foreclosures. I have one realtor with 120 listings that just are not selling!
There are some great bargains out there... How about a four bedroom home with a triple garage in Arizona for 280,000????
Please e-mail me for costs to provide you
listings as they come out to the US realtors.

I have contacts in all states. I am one of only two licensed realtors in BC that hold the designation C.I.P.S. Certified International Property Specialist, a designation given out by N.A.R., National Association of Realtors, that takes at least ten International deals to even begin to take the courses. The courses are taken in the US with my contacts built during the year it took me to complete the program.

If you are interested in Vegas, go straight to my partners site in Vegas and contact her direct.
Welcome to BuyVegas.Ca
My Vegas connection has relayed to me that the market in Vegas is taking a huge beating! Properties are in foreclosure all over town! Please go to her site and have a look, just follow the link below.
The letter below is from my sales gal in Vegas.
We are still the number 1 state in the U.S. for foreclosures. As of August, there were over 2,000 foreclosures in Nevada and climbing. We jumped 83% in the numbers of foreclosures since May. They are projecting this number fo triple in the next 6 to 9 months. The Greater Las Vegas MLS shows over 3,000 listings in some sort of "short sale" process. The market remains very, very soft but some of the prices are starting to come down.
You might want to look on my website at some of the mid-rise listings, condo conversions, and foreclosures, in addition to the high rises. The foreclosures are listed by another company that just lists bank foreclosures. I have their permission to advertise. If the client is only interested in something near the Strip, that can be arranged also when I send properties back for their review. Advertising has to be approved by each listing company.
Anyway, let me know if you have any questions regarding my website. You might just add "Las Vegas Foreclosures" on your website, referring them to my website. Would love to get some referrals!
Best regards,
Susan
