Many more interest rate cuts to come
This will cause the market to continue to rise. They say another 27% this year!
They (economists) say that we have had close to a 4% adjustment downwards, overall across Canada, last year. Although the US problem is worsening we forsee a brisk spring market and a very good outlook for this year. After that ? It depends on the US economy. We are still moving along very well.

If a listing is priced at market value or very close, you are going to sell your home quickly. There are buyers out there!
